Dear Urban Communities Residents, Future Residents and Prospects,
During these unprecedented times, Urban Communities is taking precautions and making changes to do our part in helping to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Effective immediately we are no longer accepting in-person tours. Virtual tours are available on our websites and other marketing platforms. There are links on our marketing pages which will allow you to apply for one on our apartment homes electronically if you decide you would like to become one of our residents. The entire process can be completed online.
Scheduled move-ins and move-outs will happen as scheduled however with modifications. Please call the leasing office prior to your scheduled move-in/out for details.
Residents, we are still here for your support. To minimize contact, we ask that work-orders are placed online through the resident portal. If you need assistance accessing your portal, please contact the leasing office via phone. Only urgent/emergent workorders are currently being addressed (ie fridge not working, no hot water, toilet not flushing…etc). Rents can be payed online through the resident portal. Please communicate with us if you are unable to pay your rent. There are various resources we can refer you to. During these times of uncertainty, Urban Communities has taken a No One Becomes Homeless approach. Please, just stay in communication with office staff. Our maintenance staff will continue to disinfect door knobs, laundry rooms, stair rails and other common areas.
If you are a resident who is vulnerable to the virus and in need of assistance please do not hesitate to contact the leasing staff at your apartment community. We are truly a community and this is the time to metaphorically come together.
